Zen Meditation

The yogic path is far more than mere postures. By diving into working with the breath and with the mind directly, true transformation can be found, often far more quickly than we ever could have guessed.

Creative Vinyasa

A powerful, fiery practice~ building heat within the body through pranayama techniques and dynamic sequencing, alongside strong asana holds. Allow yourself to step into your power. Energetically we’ll be working to free ourselves from old patterns and emotions that no longer serve us~ burning this stagnant energy in the body so that you can come into contact with who you truly are at your essence, your values, passions, dreams, your whys and how’s!

Vinyasa Flow

A slower-paced flow class geared towards those who are new to yoga or prefer a gentle class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. This class ends with breathwork practices and guided meditations.

Embodied Flow

A journey to the self we’ll be awakening and tapping into the body’s innate intuition, through both guided full-bodied movement and self-exploration. Diving into the physical experience of our human body, to begin to peel back our many players and access all that lies within.

Yoga Asana

A dynamic flow focusing on both the Asanas and the transitions between. These creative sequences will keep your mind present, leaving you feeling accomplished, energized and aligned.

Sunrise Flow

Focusing to align the mind, energy and physical body. Preparing us to reach higher levels of consciousness. Expect postures to be held for longer periods of time with more static sequencing allowing you to increase your inner awareness.

Vinyasa Flow Lab L2

Through the course of a strong 90 minute practice, we work toward a particular asana, or family of asanas, allowing the body to find its way into far deeper waters than ordinarily possible in most class formats. Prepare to be challenged, but in a way that is always approachable. All other than beginners welcome!

Hatha Yoga

True, authentic yogic practice is at heart a fire-based methodology. We burn up all that is no longer relevant within our bodies, hearts and minds, making room for true reality to show up in our lives. Come with no expectations, but do prepare to work with the body, the breath, the awareness, and whatever else Bernd decides to throw at you each day.

Yoga Nidra

Traditionally Yoga Nidra practice, borrowed by modern term- NSDR which translates to NON SLEEP-DEEP REST is a nurturing and energising tool that can be used to help you deeply relax, restore energy, improve your sleep quality and harmonise your internal landscape. This one-hour session consists of one mindfulness technique and a yoga nidra practice- during which you will be asked to lie down in savasana and receive my voice.

Yin Yang

Yin Yoga classes emphasize relaxing the deep layers of muscles, improving flexibility, and releasing tension in the body. This meditative approach to yoga and holding poses for an extended period helps calm the mind and increase body awareness.

Power Flow

Strong Body. Soft Heart. Yogi Mind. This unique class is a blend of breathwork + meditation, creative vinyasa flow, and somatic techniques to tap deeply into the mind and body. Powerful energetic release practices will help guide you to let go of stuck energy and move into elevated states. This practice is a journey back home, a journey back to yourself, moving from the inside out, listening to your own body’s great wisdom to start peeling back the layers, releasing any old stories, and shifting into a new sense of empowerment and freedom.

Yin for Lymphatic System

Yin yoga is an incredibly useful tool for injury prevention and personal recovery. We all have some kind of inflammation in our bodies, so when we are able to move the fluids in out bodies, ( Our lymphatic system) we can start to reduce the inflammation to aid recovery and enhance our all over well being. Combining work with The lymphatic system with Yin yoga becomes a pleasing experience as we also reset our vagus nerve and relax the central nervous system. Suitable for all levels.
