The 60-Hour Yin Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Training is a comprehensive program designed to deepen your practice and teaching of Yin Yoga through the integration of TCM principles such as the Five Elements, meridian theory, chi (qi) flow, organ health, and key acupressure points. This training also incorporates Myofascial Release techniques and Nervous System Rewiring practices to release deep-seated tension, enhance mobility, and support the regulation of the body’s stress response. You’ll learn to apply these concepts within Yin Yoga to cultivate greater physical flexibility, emotional balance, and energetic harmony. Tao is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUS Style, and Myofascial Release. Known for his compassionate teaching style and global perspective, Tao integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine and trauma-informed practices into his classes, creating a welcoming and healing environment for all students.
Since 2007, Tao has immersed himself in the practice of yoga, discovering an immediate connection to its physical and spiritual benefits, transforming it from a mere physical routine into a profound way of life. Throughout his journey, Tao is an ERYT-500 in various yoga disciplines, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUS Style and Myofascial Release. This diverse training background equips him with a broad array of practical techniques aimed at enhancing the health, happiness and freedom of his students. Enriched by global travels and exposure to diverse teachers, Tao brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to his classes, where integrity and clarity define his teachings. Regardless of ability or prior yoga experience, all are warmly welcomed into Tao’s classes. Notably, having completed training in Embodied Trauma Integration, Tao takes his offerings even further, providing a compassionate and healing touch to those on a journey toward wholeness.
