Tao is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUS Style, and Myofascial Release. Known for his compassionate teaching style and global perspective, Tao integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine and trauma-informed practices into his classes, creating a welcoming and healing environment for all students.
Since 2007, Tao has immersed himself in the practice of yoga, discovering an immediate connection to its physical and spiritual benefits, transforming it from a mere physical routine into a profound way of life. Throughout his journey, Tao is an ERYT-500 in various yoga disciplines, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUS Style and Myofascial Release. This diverse training background equips him with a broad array of practical techniques aimed at enhancing the health, happiness and freedom of his students. Enriched by global travels and exposure to diverse teachers, Tao brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to his classes, where integrity and clarity define his teachings.
