2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
2.1 Yoga Teacher Training
• Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund, minus a $300 administration fee, if you cancel your registration 60 days or more before the training start date.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to the start of the training will receive a 75% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 30 days of the training are non-refundable.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
• Transfer of Payments: Payments may be transferred to a future training if cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the start date. Credits are valid for up to 18 months.
• Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, your registration may be transferred to a future date without a refund.
2.2 General Trainings, Classes, Workshops, and Events
• Online Purchases: Refunds are provided as credit on our bookings platform Momence.com
• In-Person Purchases: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the class, event.
• No Refunds: No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
• Subscriptions: There are no refunds for subscriptions or passes. Refunds will not be given for unused classes after expiration.
• In-Person Payments: In-person (drop-in) payments are non-refundable once the class or event begins.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Yoga Teacher Training
• Deposit and Final Payments: A $300 non-refundable deposit is required. Final payments must be made 30 days before the start date.
3.2 General Trainings, Workshops, Classes, and Events
Payment Options: Payments can be made online via Momence.com or in-person for drop-in services.
4. Health Clearance
Personal Responsibility: By attending any of our classes, workshops, or events, you certify that you are in good health and physically capable of participating. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must disclose this to the instructor before participating. Participants in prenatal or postnatal classes must provide medical clearance from a healthcare provider.
5. Assumption of Risk for Advanced Practices
Acknowledgment of Risk: Some classes and workshops, including advanced asanas or acro yoga, involve higher physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge the risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
6. Use of Personal Belongings
Personal Responsibility: The Path Yoga Center is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during classes, workshops, or events. We encourage you to safeguard your personal items at all times.
7. Injury Outside of Instruction
Scope of Liability: The Path Yoga Center is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur outside of scheduled, supervised instruction times, including personal practice before or after class.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Behavior Policy: The Path Yoga Center reserves the right to refuse service to participants who behave inappropriately, fail to comply with studio policies, or pose a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Media and Photographic Release
Media Consent: By attending or participating in any and all services provided by The Path Yoga Center—including, but not limited to, trainings, classes, workshops, events, or any other activities or services—you grant The Path Yoga Center the irrevocable right to use any photos, videos, or recordings of you for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such media and relinquish any right to royalties, compensation, or other remuneration related to the use of these materials.
Note: Separate media release agreements will be signed by teachers and other collaborators when creating content for monetized platforms like YouTube, which include specific clauses for content ownership, licensing, and revenue-sharing.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Collection: The Path Yoga Center collects personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) through our booking platform (Momence.com) and website for the purpose of administering services.
• Data Usage: Your personal data will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except for the necessary administration of services.
10.2 Website Privacy Policy
• Website Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics and cookies to track and analyze visitor behavior. This data is used solely for improving our website and services.
• Cookie Policy: By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies, though this may affect the functionality of the website.

The Path Yoga Center reserves the right to terminate participation in any class, event, workshop, or training at any time if a participant's conduct violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
15. Waiver for Use of Yoga Equipment
The Path Yoga Center provides yoga mats and props for participant use during classes. By using the equipment, you assume responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur due to its use. Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment for personal safety and comfort.
16. Clarification on Subscription Cancellations
For participants enrolled in monthly subscription plans, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Subscription payments will auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds will be issued for unused classes or events within the subscription period.
17. Definitions
• Event: Refers to any single-day or multi-day gathering hosted by The Path Yoga Center.
• Class: Refers to a regularly scheduled yoga session available to participants either in-person or online.
• Workshop: Refers to a specialized session focused on a specific aspect of yoga practice.
• Training: Refers to formal programs that provide in-depth education, such as Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT).
18. Third-Party Service Disclaimer
The Path Yoga Center uses third-party platforms such as Momence.com for bookings and payments. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or service disruptions related to third-party platforms, and participants should contact those platforms directly for support.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
