1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By participating in any activity at The Path Yoga Center, you acknowledge that yoga and related practices, such as Breathwork sessions, involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks of injury or aggravation of existing health conditions. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or medical condition (including those not yet diagnosed) that may result from your participation, and release The Path Yoga Center, its owners, teachers, and staff from any and all liability.

You must also inform your instructor of your condition before class so appropriate guidance or modifications can be offered. The Path Yoga Center accepts no responsibility for any condition—known or unknown—that may be aggravated or triggered by participation.
3. Instructor Guidance and Responsibility
All instructions given by our teachers are intended as guidance only. It is your responsibility to listen to your body, modify as needed, and stop immediately if discomfort or pain arises. By participating, you agree to follow the instructor’s guidance respectfully and understand that instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during or following class.
