WHAT THIS TRAINING IS

50hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

This 50-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is a 5-day continuing education program aligned with Yoga Alliance YACEP standards. You'll gain a specialization in prenatal yoga grounded in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and evidence-informed teaching methods.

The curriculum covers safety, professional responsibility, and scope of practice for working with pregnant students. It combines theory with hands-on teaching practice across four categories: Techniques, Training & Practice; Teaching Methodology; Anatomy & Physiology of the pregnant body; and Yoga Philosophy as preparation for pregnancy and motherhood.

Total hours: 50 (40 teaching hours + 10 non-contact hours for practicum prep and assessments). Open to RYT-200/RYT-300 certified teachers, movement and healthcare professionals, doulas, and expecting mothers.
