This is a 24-day, 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Path Wellness Center in Canggu, Bali. It's certified by Yoga Alliance, which means your qualification is recognized worldwide. You'll study asana, yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, alignment, and safe teaching techniques. The program is structured, practical, and hands-on. You'll practice teaching from the first week.
We keep groups small. Theresa and Rohil work with you individually because your body, your background, and your goals are different from the person next to you. That's not a tagline, it's how the training actually runs. This program is for people who want to teach yoga professionally. It's also for people who have no interest in teaching but want a serious, structured practice experience. Both are welcome.
In our Yoga Teacher Training, you'll learn from a diverse team of teachers, some with over 20 years of experience. Each instructor brings their own unique style, passion, and skill set, ensuring a personalized approach to yoga that respects the individuality of every student. We believe that everyBODY is different, and as such, each practice should be tailored to meet those individual needs.
Our focus is on awakening your personal strength and enhancing your unique qualities, rather than molding you into a copy of someone else. Whether or not you aspire to teach, our deep learning environment is for anyone eager to dive into the rich traditions of yoga, both on and off the mat.
Our asana labs are at the core of our practice, prioritizing safe and mindful movement, moving beyond outdated cues. Additionally, we offer profound learning in yoga philosophy, providing a holistic understanding that extends far beyond physical poses. This is more than just another teacher training—it's a journey into the heart of yoga.
You want to become a yoga teacher. You've been thinking about it for a while. You want the credential, the skills, and the confidence to lead a class. This training gives you all three, plus a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification you can use anywhere.
You already teach and want to get better. Maybe you completed a training years ago and feel stuck in your sequencing or unsure about adjustments. This program sharpens your skills and fills gaps in your foundation.
You want to go deeper into your own practice. You don't need to want a teaching career. Some students come because they've hit a ceiling in their practice and want to understand yoga, not just do it. Philosophy, breathwork, anatomy, meditation this training covers the layers most studio classes don't touch.
You're ready for a reset. Twenty-four days in Bali, away from your routine, focused on one thing. If you need space to reconnect with yourself, this is a structured way to do it.
What you need before you start: A regular yoga practice. You don't need to be advanced. You don't need to touch your toes or hold a handstand. You need to be familiar with basic poses and willing to work.

Originally a nurse, she followed her true passion for empowering others, moving to Bali in 2021 to focus on yoga full-time. Theresa’s holistic, heart-centered approach, influenced by her training with Eoin Finn, fosters personal growth, connection, and balance. Her classes offer a space for students to release what no longer serves them, discover their inner light, and live with clarity and purpose.
With Theresa, expect a nurturing and empowering environment, guiding you to reconnect with your true self and embrace vibrant living.
Theresa is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Sound Healer, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and Women’s Life Coach. With over 10 years of personal yoga practice, Theresa brings her kind, passionate, and sunny disposition to every class, creating an environment where students feel loved, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves and others.
Originally a qualified nurse, Theresa realized her true passion was inspiring others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. In 2021, she made the life-changing decision to leave her nursing career and move back to Bali to fully pursue her calling. Since then, she has accumulated over 1,300 hours of experience assisting or leading yoga teacher training programs.
Theresa’s yoga journey has been shaped by her extensive training under Eoin Finn of Blissology, where she learned the importance of a “not one size fits all” approach. She combines this philosophy with imparting wisdom, creating a unique and empowering experience that encourages oneness with oneself, others, and nature.
Theresa’s mission during training is to help each student discover their inner light and build a deeper connection to their true self. She aims to foster personal growth, guiding students to live more balanced and purposeful lives. Her classes feel like a homecoming—a space where students can rediscover their inner strength, cultivate peace, and gain the confidence to show up more fully for themselves and those around them.

I have been coming to The Path twice a day for almost a year now. This place has truly become my second home. The community is unique in this very nature-loving place, and the fantastic teachers there teach at a very high level and have years of experience. My highlight of the week are Theresa's flows. Hardly anyone else puts in so much effort and thought and spends hours preparing to then share a very well-thought-out flow with others in class. This is truly unique and certainly not something to be taken for granted.
I also had the incredible opportunity to participate in the YTT. It is super structured, well thought out, and the teaching is very professional and of the highest standard. I learned a lot and am very grateful for all the knowledge that was shared. I can only recommend this training under Theresa's guidance as a truly unique experience.
I completed the same YTT program and wanted to share my experience, because it was truly meaningful for me. The training was intensive, emotionally, physically, and mentally, but it was always supportive, and Theresa was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in our growth. She provided clear guidance, positive feedback, and made space for personal circumstances or questions about expectations, which helped me feel seen and encouraged throughout the program.
I know that experiences can vary, for example, some reviews may reflect a very different perspective. My own experience, however, was deeply positive. I left feeling confident, prepared, and grateful for the education, guidance, and community I experienced.
The Path has become a bit of a sanctuary for me.
I found it by chance when I first came to Bali. And immediately fell in love with the intimate and inviting space. As a beginner, I found the teachers incredible knowledgeable and supportive. Before long, I signed up for the 200 hour YTT training and shortly after, Yin training with Tao. It had truly opened a whole new direction for me that I didn’t even know I was looking for.
Theresa, the lead teacher, has been one of my biggest cheerleaders since YTT. She has such incredible knowledge, but what I love most is her genuine passion - for the body, for yoga philosophy, for spirituality and for holding space in a way that feels safe and intentional. You can feel that she truly lives what she teaches.
The Path isn’t super commercial, which I really appreciate. The teachers, staff are warm and personable and the whole space just feels like home.
It’s a little gem in the heart of Pererenan and I’m so grateful I found it.
My home away from home! I practice regularly at The Path and also completed my YTT here and honestly can’t rate this place highly enough. Theresa, as course leader was fantastic. Kind, caring and always willing to share her incredible knowledge with a smile such warm energy. This balanced with the experience of the other instructors meant I completed my YTT having learned a lot and feeling totally ready to teach. YTT is intensive, and not easy- but I felt supported throughout. If you are considering doing it- The Path is the place to choose.
The Path is an amazing studio with great teachers and variety. The YTT under the lead of Theresa was a beautiful journey with in depth yoga knowledge which truly made me love yoga even more.
All teachers that we met during the training have been supporting my professional and personal growth. I will be forever grateful for the beautiful people I met and how Theresa, Bernd and Marc supported us through the whole journey.
The YTT encouraged me to dive deeper and to also do the Yin Yoga teacher training with Tao as well as the Sound Healing Teacher Training with Komal.
As long as we are in Bali I will enjoy my weekly Sunrise Flows with Theresa and feel truly at home at the Path.
