Lala completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa TTC in 2017 with The Peaceful Warrior in Bali, a 300-hour TTC in 2020 with the Association of Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India, and a 200-hour Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga TTC in 2023 with The Practice in Bali.
